My brother Bryan just sent me the URL for this site. We're both survivors of Loowit.
I just want to say that this site is great! I've been to Mt. St. Helens a few times "since," and everytime I look toward the cove where Loowit used to be and sigh. It's amazing how much life Loowit crammed into just one week.
Thanks for the stroll down memory lane; it's the next best thing to a canoe hike to Bear Cove.
