I never knew the name of that song, but my fraternity at Indiana University (Theta Chi) used to sing it when we went on serenades to the sororities back in the early 1950's.
It is one of the most beautiful songs ever written and I was trying to find it on the computer when I came across this web site. the words are the same, except we would end it with "My little Theta Chi girl"
