Narcissus ( Arctic Gold Narcissus )

A golden yellow daffodil with a long, notched trumpet. The solitary blooms appear on leafless stems, mid-season. Basal leaves are green and strap-shaped or cylindrical. Daffodils are excellent for naturalizing along wood’s edge or as an underplanting in the perennial border or ground cover bed. Planting depth is roughly 3 times the width of the bulb. If planted in well drained soil, daffodils are virtually disease and trouble free. Once finished flowering, allow foliage to flop over and dry out. Divide if flower production or size has dwindled.
