Hi Janie. The dend. that is done blooming, is it a nobile type dend or a phalenopsis type dend? If it is a phal type, you can cut the flower spike off close to the plant or not cut it. Really doesn't matter. If you don't mind the look of dead spikes, the plant certainly doesn't. BUT, if it is a nobile type dend, do not cut the flowering part of the plant as it will rebloom from this next year.

: I have several orchids but one of them is done blooming so can you tell me how to prune it so it will rebloom. It is a Dendrobium.
