: : my watering solution is Better-Gro Orchid Plus 20-14-13....a garden center in Lawrence (Kansas) recommended it to me...they have numerous orchids...However, I did print out some info which recommended 30-10-10 and one source recommended Tiger Tree..which is 16-19-19 for Winter, Spring 26-9-9, Summer 25-16-8, Autum 9-28-19.....do you have any recommendations on nutrients?

: I don't even know what the numbers are on the fertilizer I purchased, it was just orchid food.  I have 3 of my phals in the North bathroom window.  The morning showers give them plenty of steam plus I mist them in the evening.  I also leave my bathroom light on all day when I am at work.  They are soooo happy in there.  Their blooms just died in late October and they are about to bloom again.  Of course I keep thier trays full of marbles and water.  I keep my thermostat set on 60 day and night.  They are happy.
