phaleanopsis dying and my heart is breaking!!

: I have had this plant for about 4 years.  It just started to bloom this last February.  It was doing just great and over the past 2 weeks, I noticed the leaves were becoming wrinkly and limp.  The flowers stopped opening and a few are beginning to turn yellow.  I stopped watering the plant assuming that I was watering it too much.  I know very, very little about orchids and have been very fortunate with this strong plant.  I feel as though I am losing a beloved friend.  Please help if you can.  Thanks.
