New rescuer of orchids

Hello,

Yesterday, i decided to bring home from this nursery i stopped at some orchids that were in the clearance area. The problem is i know nothing about orchids. I have some phalaenopsis orchids and one dendrobium. The stems do show signs of new growth, except for the dendrobium (it's stem is dried out). The leaves on all the plants look really good. Is there any advice anyone can give me to get started on my new hobby? Should i repot the orchids or prune? How often should i fertalize and water? There were no growing tips attached to the plants, so i am kind of lost. Orchids are beautiful and i just wanted to rescue the plants, and i need a new hobby. Thanks for an info.
