For most orchids 90 percent of the time they are not blooming is lack of light. Put them in higher diffused light 12 hours a day if you can. Subsidized with artificial light if needed. Fertilize with high growth plant food and change to high bloom when you see flower spike appear. Phals loves to bloom, sometimes twice a year. Have fun.
