White Orchid/Cinnamon scent

: When I was in college years ago, I went to an estate sale and bought an unmarked orchid.  I was a horticulture student and took the orchid to the university greenhouse.  When it bloomed, it was a beautiful large white orchid with a golden throat that had a rich cinnamon smell.  That was years ago and I would love to have an orchid like that again.  Does anyone have any idea what it could have been?
