Geraniums whimping out on me

: My geraniums are looking sad.  They were producing tons of flowers and had big beautiful leaves.  Recently though, the leaves are turning yellow and the flowers are dying.  I have planted and fertalized as suggested and try to water them but not too much.  We did get a lot more rain than usual lately so I am wondering if this was a contributing factor.  I don't want them to die.  HELP!
