Yucca Plants

I have just recently moved to the country. I have a beautiful large yucca in my yard. It has finished blooming and there are these large pods on the stalk.Are these seeds? I would love to have more of these pretty plants, but do not have a clue how to propagate (new word for me). HELP!!
