Posted by Tom on August 05, 2002 at 08:43:52: I live is southwest Washington on a lot that slopes considerably. I built a rock retaining wall to take some of the slope out of the back yard. This bring me to my question...does anyone have ideas about a plant or plants that I can plant at the edge of the top of the wall, and they will cascade down and soften the wall with some color? I have checked some nurseries in the area and they have suggested some vines. I am not sure that is the look I want. Tom
