: You don't say what your exposure is. For full sun, try sedums. There are many that are great groundcovers. Also, chicks and hens can be planted in the wall as well as the sedums. Arabis often called rock cress would work. Alstromeria, campanulas, coreposis - moonbeam or zagreb and corydalis are some that come to mind. There are also hardy geraniums that would be wonderful cascading over the wall. Try this site.
