: : : You need to bring it inside, because fuscias are annuals in z5.  Most people do not bother trying to overwinter annuals, but it can be done.  The plant will prpbably loose all its flowers and many of its leaves, it needs a warm sunny spot and you may have to cut it way back in order for it to maintain itself.

: : : The biggest thing to worry about is any insects you bring in the house with this plant.  You should spray it at least twice with a good inscecticide before actually bringing it in.  A couple of spider mites hitching a ride will destroy every plant in your house in a matter of a couple months.

: : JJJ gave you some good advice.  Use an insecticidal soap.  Also, start bringing them in at night before you turn on the heat.  Do this nightly for a week to 10 days.  Then you could try bringing them in during a few hours a day as well until they get used to the house temps.
