Oriental Stargazier Lily

I got a oriental stargazier lily for secretary's Day. It's a potted flower. Are these out doors or in doors flowers? It says to plant outside after frost..but, then under the "How to Grow" it says indoors between 60-70 degrees???? SO, where is the best place to plant? Or can I keep them in a pot on the back porch?
