how to save peonies sprayed by herbicide?

my husband sprayed the peony hedge with herbicide while he was on a rampage. that was 2 days ago and i noticed them wilting today. i didn't know he'd done this otherwise i would have stopped him.

so now, i'm hoping there's a way to save it? the peony hedge, not my husband.
