| Upright, hardy perennial, excellent in borders or naturalized gardens. Grows 5'-6' tall and to 24" wide. Leaves are basal with long stalks, eliptic, grayish-green, to 12" long.
Showy, 3" wide, somewhat reflexed, yellow with very large conical brown center, daisy-like blooms from summer until fall. Spreads rapidly to cover a large area. Durable, long-lived. Remove spent flowers to encourage additional blooms. Native to North America. |
