| This shrub has a rounded, spreading growth habit, velvety, evergreen foliage and bears unusual whorls of hooded yellow flowers. Leaves are ovate to lance-shaped and gray-green, to 4 inches long. Flowers are held on upright shoots, to 4 inches long. Excellent for the flower border. Mixes well with rock roses and lavender. If plant become too leggy, selectively prune back, no more than half the plant. |
