|This is a suckering, erect, deciduous shrub or small tree with spiny shoots. Grows to 8 feet tall and 10 feet wide. Dark green leaves are pinnate to 12 inches in length, with 9 to 13 ovate to oblong leaflets. Light pink, fragrant flowers, to 1 1/4 inches long are held in pendant racemes, to 5 inches in length.
