|Very fleshy succulent forms a rosette of lance-shaped, gray-green spiky leaves with spiny, yellow margins that become white with age. Bears a tall flower spike from the center. Flower clusters are yellow to green, bell-shaped with a violet tinge. Can grow large even when container grown. Wild grown it can reach 26 feet tall. Needs to be kept dry in the winter. Spring to fall, feed cactus food every few weeks. Excellent patio plant in warm weather.
