|Miyazaki produces white flowers, spotted lilac-purple in the leaf axils all along the stems. In general, Tricyrtis is a woodland perennial resembling false Solomon's Seal in foliage. Flowers are somewhat orchid-like, spotted, 1 inch wide, blooming in late summer or early fall. Flowers bloom at leaf bases and in terminal clusters. They need rich organic soil, and a moist woodland environment.
