| X.Cupressocyparis is a genus hybrid between Chamaecyparis and Cupressus. It is a pyramidal, evergreen tree with scaly leaves held on flattened to quadrangular branchlet sprays. 'Hyde Hall' is a slow-growing, dwarf cultivar with deep green foliage. Produces round, brown female cones and ovoid, yellow male cones, 1/16-1/8 inch long. This vigorous conifer can grow over 100 feet tall, though it usually reaches around 80 feet tall and spreads 15 feet under landscape conditions. Accepts a wide range of growing conditions. Superior quick screen or windbreak. |
