|Long-blooming annual. Small, lance-shaped leaves are held close to the stem and are medium green. Brightly colored salverform flowers, to 1 inch wide, are held in clusters on stems above the foliage. Excellent in the perennial border or rock garden.
Palona Series are dwarf cultivars with a bushy, rounded habit and blooms in colors including white, salmon-pink, rose-pink, carmine to crimson red, light blue, or violet, some with contrasting eyes.
