| Primula glutinosa has leathery, sticky, hairy leaves, to 2 1/2 inches long. Bears fragrant, cup-shaped, blue-violet flowers, 3/4 inch wide, either singly or in umbels of up to 8, in midseason. Partial shade in humus-rich, well-drained, moist soil. Tolerates full sun if kept moist, or grow under glass. 4 inches tall and wide. |
