| The cultivar 'Baccharis' is a multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with gray-green to rich green leaves. The habit is very rounded, 5 to 12 feet tall and wide. In late summer and fall, fruit with fine white hairs covers the bush on females. Very adaptable to poor soil and beachfront conditions, has naturalized in many inland areas of Georgia. Good for mass planting in difficult areas. Native from Massachusetts to Florida and Texas. |
