| The cultivar, 'Ella Mae', grows in clumps of evergreen glossy strap-like foliage with flowers rising above on stalks. Bold clusters of trumpet shaped blue or sometimes white flowers atop long stalks. Beautiful near pools or in large containers, or as an accent in the border. Can grow in full sun or shade. Provide ample water until established. Mature plants still flower with very little water. |
