| Evergreen perennial with dense tufts of hairy, medium green, spoon-shaped basal leaves and lance-shaped stem leaves, up to 3" long. Summer borne, pink, Dianthus-like flowers, to 1" wide, are held in showy, rounded corymbs.
Grows to 8" tall and spreads 6". This delicate plant is easy to grow and is at home in the woodland or rock garden and should be placed where it can be appreciated. Native to central and eastern North America. |
