| This is a bushy, evergreen subshrub with pinnate, silver-silky-hairy leaves. Produces solitary yellow flowerheads on very long stalks. In general, grown primarily for their daisy-like red, yellow or orange flowers, this plant does best when grown in full sun in sandy, fertile soil. While plant is actively growing, water well and fertilize monthly with a balanced fertilizer. During winter months, water should be minimal. |
