| Phlox adsurgens is a prostrate, stem-rooting, semi-evergreen perennial with stalkless, rounded, light to medium green leaves. Bears open cymes of salverform, salmon-pink flowers with lighter centers, to 1 inch wide, from late spring to early summer. Outstanding addition to rock gardens or for use as base planting for spring bulbs. Thrives in light shade and deep soil.
