| A climbing, old-fashioned plant with racemes of 5 to 8 undulating flowers in pinks, purples, blues, reds, and whites. This is a delicate looking plant with large and pea-shaped, pastel, fragrant flowers from spring to early summer. Really needs support to reach its full potential. The mid to deep green leaves equal one of a pair of ovate to elliptical leaflets. A great cut flower, especially wonderful when used as one, massive bouquet. Easily started from seed. Plants may climb up step railings, trellises or twigs that form a tee pee. |
