| Clump-forming, carefree and generously blooming perennial for mid and late summer. Reaches 24 inches tall and about 18 inches wide. Pale creamy yellow flowerheads form corymbs 2 to 4 inches across. Leaves are grayish green, linear and pinnatifid. This heat and drought tolerant perennial has a fiberous root system and can become invasive. Divide to maintain. Butterflies are attracted to this plant. Good cut flower that dries well, too. Somtimes referred to as Achillea aegyptica of Gardens. |
