| Rosa omeiensis is a stiff, upright shrub, reaching 8 feet tall. Foliage is rich green, with a delicate ferny appearance. Flowers are white, single, over 1 inch wide, early summer blooming. Large pear-shaped rosehips are glossy, orange-red and late summer ripening. The canes have translucent red prickles which provide winter interest. Native to China. |
