| Deciduous, upright shrub that is stoloniferous and grows to 12' tall and wide. Leaves are pinnate, to 12" long, consisting of 9+ lanceolate to elliptic, toothed, yellowish-green leaflets. Flattened panicles of small white flowers are produced in midsummer. After blooming period is over, produces small, round, purplish-black fruit. Native to North America. |
