| Named for its panicles of light lilac to blue flowers. Panicles up to 6 inches of dense fragrant flowers bloom summer to fall. Graceful, arching branches bear slender leaves. Reaches up to 4 feet to 5 feet tall and about as wide. Ideal for attracting butterflies. Combines well with other perennials, especially daylilies and shasta daisies. This is one plant that thrives on severe pruning. |
