| Lathyrus chloranthus bears bright yellow flowers singly or in pairs in summer. The habit is either erect or scrambling, with few branches and mid green leaves.
A climbing, old-fashioned plant that is invaluable for providing attractive bunches of flowers in pink purples and whites, it is delicate looking with large and pea-shaped, pastel, fragrant flowers. Really needs support to reach its full potential. A great cut flower, especially wonderful when used as one, massive bouquet. Easily started from seed. Plants may climb up step railings, trellises or twigs that form a tee pee. |
