| Deep green, oval shaped leaves, with red-tinged, creamy white flowers aging to yellow. Flowers begin in late spring and continue sporadically until November, depending on zone. This is an extremely fragrant vine especially suited to entryways. Evergreen in milder areas, partly or wholly deciduous in colder regions. Beware: this plant can become invasive, and is found growing wild, smothering trees and shrubs, especially in the Southeast US. This fact attests to the plant's disease and insect free nature, however. |
