| Waldsteinia geoides is a perennial with short, underground, creeping stems that grow upright or nearly upright. Growing from the stems are heart-shaped, basal leaves, to 10 inches long, which are scalloped and semi-hairy. Brilliant yellow flowers held in cymes bloom in the springtime. Good planted on dry, shady banks. Seldom bothered by pests or diseases. Plant can be invasive. |
