|Loosely branched perennial with sticky stalks and medium green, lance-shaped leaves. Spring-borne, fire-red, Dianthus-like flowers, to 1 1/4" across.
Grows to 16" tall and spreads 6". This delicate plant is easy to grow and is at home in the woodland or rock garden in well-drained soil. Native to California and the foothills of southern Oregon.
