| Bushy perennial native to tropical Africa and Eurasia. Can be grown as an annual in cool climates, it is easily raised from seed. The flowers are hibiscus-like, large and bright yellow with maroon centers and bloom in summer. The leaves are palmate. The hairy seed pods contain the musk scented seeds from which it gets its common name. |
