: Am trying to prop.a corkscrew willow by putting some cuttings in water. The leaves are turning yellow, are they dying? Can I start from cuttings in water? Thanks.

I started my corkscrew willow in water and after it got a good root system going I transplanted it into a pot until it was large enough to put in the garden and survive our zone 5 winter, which it did beautifully.Good luck with yours
