I'm not sure what you mean by "get the most out of them". You can eat them.

I did a search at www.google.com and put in "wild garlic" in quotes and got over 6000 hits. Yup, that is 3 zeros! You can also click on 'Images' above the search box if you want pictures. Great search engine.
