The most consistent pumpkins I've seen are Eastern Canada, New York State and Northern New England.

I'm a Proud Southerner born and bred, but our pumpkins are weak at best. It is the price we pay for the mild winters and sunshine.

But I'll keep on growing my pumpkins, and maybe one day I'll strike gold.
