female flowers?

Because I'm new at pumpkin growing, I hope you all can bear with me. I have a few plants that are about 6' long and are loaded with flowers, but no signs of fruit or female flowers. I've read a great deal about pollinating. My problem is that I don't see anything to pollinate. I know time is running late, but I don't know if I should be doing anything to help push the plants into producing, or just sit back and be patient. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks.
