A short climber of many virtues. The blooms are large, open and semi-double and of a golden-yellow which fades to a light yellow; the petals then dropping quickly and cleanly. Individual blooms may be of no exceptional beauty but they are produced very freely and continuously throughout the season, providing a good splash of color. They have a sweet fragrance. Disease resistance is generally good. Almost thornless and grows well on a North wall. Extremely reliable in most climates. 10 ft.
