This is a particularly robust and healthy rose, producing long arching branches - to provide a wide, mounding shrub - which bear a mass of flower stems all along them. The flower buds are blush pink at first; opening to flowers of blush touched with apricot. They are of medium size, perfect rosette shape and distinctly quartered.
'Wildeve' has many of the features of a good Ground Cover Rose, combined with all the quality of flower of an English Rose. A useful rose for a less than perfect position, although it is well worth something better. It has a pleasing, fresh fragrance of medium strength.
