A hybrid 'Tah Tsai' with an attractive rosette of glossy, savoyed, spoon shaped, dark green leaves with juicy white petioles. Excellent used as a 'baby leaf in salads, stir fries or as a steamed vegetable. Quick to mature in 6-7 weeks from sowing. Best sown the end of May to early September.
