Description: An exquisite strain of Evening Primrose, ideal for the back of borders. The beautiful 4in soft yellow flowers mature and turn to sunset red. A wonderful and unique characteristic.
Sowing Instructions: Sow late winter to mid spring at 10-15C (50-60F) on the surface of a good seed compost and cover with a very fine sprinkling of compost. Ensure the soil is damp but not wet and seal in a polythene bag until after germina- tion, usually 14-21 days. Exclude light until germination starts.
Growing Instructions: When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow on in cooler conditions for 10-15 days before planting out, after all risk of frost, 30cm (12in) apart in full sun and ordinary well drained soil.
