Description
The smooth, dark green, fleshy 15cm (6in) stringless pods have that hearty fresh bean taste when harvested young and tender.
Use pods fresh or dry the seeds as white shell beans.
Pole beans often give a better crop under difficult conditions.
Unlike Runner Beans they do not require bees for pollination.
All varieties are suitable for freezing.
