Sowing Instructions

Sowing time:Indoors at least 6-8 weeks before last frost

Sow in a good well draining seed sowing mix, just covering the seed with sowing mix. After sowing seal the seed container in a plastic bag and don't exclude light. Make sure that the mix is always moist but not over-wet. Germination takes place 7-30 days at 18-25C (65-75F).

Growing Instructions

Transplant the seedlings into 7.5cm (3in) pots when large enough to handle, and grow on cool and well lit approximately 15-18C (60-65F). Harden off and plant out after last frost where they are to flower 45cm (18in) apart in full sun and ordinary well drained garden soil. Keep well watered until they are established.

Aftercare Instructions

Remove faded flowers to keep plants blooming. Cut the stems down to ground level in winter and mulch with compost.
