Description
Superb coloured clusters of tubular flowers in bright cream tinged in pink.
Wonderful twining through other climbers such as roses and clematis on trellis, fences and arch ways.
Flowers over a long period and can be hardy in protected areas.
Sowing Instructions
| Sowing time: | mid January-Mid March. |
Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 15°C (60F).
Sowing Depth: Surface sow and just cover with vermiculite.
Do not exclude light.
Germination usually takes 21-60 days.
Growing Instructions
Transplant when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots and grow on in cooler conditions.
Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost.
Plant 90cm (3ft) apart in a sunny spot in loamy well drained soil.
Aftercare Instructions
Provide support for the fast growing shoots.
